REPORT CARDS!
Remember when you were a kid and September would come creeping right up on you and ruin your summer vacation? The dreaded new school year was upon you! And it sucked. Year after year it sucked. The only thing that made it tolerable for me was that along with the painful reality of a public education came a new season of television. I would ditch the math book for the TV Guide Fall Preview issue and plan my viewing habits to make sure I watched as many of the new shows as I possibly could. It’s no wonder why I never had a date to the prom. Uh, anyway… Now that I’m older I still look forward to the new TV season and try to catch as many new shows as I can to see what’s worth watching, and what’s a pile of shit. It’s no wonder I had no date for my ten year reunion.
So, in honor of the new TV season – and the new school year – I am going to give the networks a REPORT CARD on what I think of their new shows. We’ll do this alphabetically, starting with ABC... So click on the logo.
